Founded by Sherisse Cohen, a psychologist and EAP expert, BetterWorkLife was born from the recognition that traditional, one-size-fits-all EAP solutions often miss the mark for smaller businesses. These generic programs often fail to drive lasting, meaningful change.
Sherisse’s vision was simple: create an EAP approach that’s tailored and hands-on - and truly addresses the unique needs of each organisation.
