Workshops accommodate up to 20-25 participants per workshop.

What’s involved in the training?

Our interactive workshops are led by expert psychologists and include case studies, scenarios, and collaborative activities, allowing for questions throughout. Sessions range from 1 to 3 hours.

Our EAP Counselling and Training Programs focus on practical early intervention and prevention strategies, covering how to support mental health in the workplace. The content is tailored to different roles, addressing mental health at the individual, team, and organisational levels.

Will I receive any resources after training?

Yes! You’ll receive a workbook during the workshop that includes links to additional resources and support services. You’ll also get a follow-up email with more materials to share with your workplace.

Do we pay per employee?

No, you only need to pay per training session. This makes it more economical. We work with groups ranging from 10 to auditoriums with 100 plus participants We are experts at adapting our facilitation style to the needs, energy and size of the group.

Can you describe your training style and process?

We believe people learn best through experiential learning. We make sessions interactive, relevant and experiential. We are not into PowerPoint overload or lecturing at people. We believe genuine learning happens through sharing stories, discussion and meaningful, fun, thought-provoking activities and experiences. The idea is for your people to leave sessions with a couple of genuine ‘ wow’ insights and actionable strategies and skills that they can easily implement. We strive to make a genuine difference and love it when people tell us they have found the techniques we teach useful and that they make a real difference.

Do you offer online training?

We offer training onsite at your workplace or training via any digital platform of your choice..

Can you help us get this signed off by the business owner?

We can assist in formulating a business case and proposal for stakeholders and meet the stakeholders. We have partnered with clients to create a mental health policy and/or strategy. As we work with different organisations we have a realistic sense of what works and what doesn’t and where organisations will get a return on investment..

We have an EAP Provider. Can we still use you? Will this be an issue?

Some of our customers have an EAP provider. We ensure we complement it and advocate for your people to make use of their EAP services and often partner with other EAP providers to ensure our training is what is needed.
