Thinking About Starting an Employee Assistance Program in Australia?
At BetterWorkLife EAP we make it super simple! Y. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Give Us a Call
Ring us at and we’ll explain how our EAP works. It’s a hassle-free, pay-as-you-use service. Even small and medium-sized businesses can enjoy the same great support as larger organisations!
Step 2: Choose Your Options
Self-Referral: Employees can access our services anonymously for a set number of sessions. This option is a hit with employers!
HR Referral: Employees get referred by a manager or HR contact, meaning you approve who uses the service.
You can also decide whether to include employees’ spouses or families in the program.
Step 3: Sign the Agreement
We’ll send you a straightforward Terms & Conditions document to review and sign. Once you send it back, your EAP is officially set up, and we’ll provide info to help you share the news with your team and will arrange a free EAP Awareness Workshop for all staff.
